Training Simulation

The german market offers a variety of products dealing with the behaviour of executives during crisis situations, the training of high-performance teams, or the coping with stress situations in networked IT systems. Project relevant developments in the field of simulation-based crisis management training are currently taking place in Japan and the USA. Further relevant developments are also known from France and India.
The training simulation that would be conceptualized is theory-driven. The content is defined by the research results as well the causes of accidents as mindfulness practices in high reliability organizations.
